PetSmart Dog Training

We decided to place our 1 year old puppy in thier care for 5 days. We had been reassured and we were told she would have been taken care properly. we had told them she was just a puppy and this was her first time. we called them multiple times during the trip but was put on hold for excessive amount of time and was not given a call back. After five days we went to pick her up and they didn’t give us any feedback and just handed her to us. they had assured us that if there was any issue they would call us but they did not call us once. after we picked her up she started excessively peeing on the floor, normally this would be because of excitement but this was because she held in her pee for 5 days she did not eat and was not used to the peeing and pooping place and they had brushed off the issue. A day after we picked her up she was trying to pee constantly and woukd not eat any of her favorite foods or treats. we rushed her to the doctor and turns out that she formed a UTI because of holding in her pee and was not given a chance to go outside to pee. Never again we will use their service. this is sad becasue we were assured and thought this would be a good idea. if you love your dog and are having a slight hesitation do not leave ur new puppy or dog here. you have no saying what happens once they take the dog because they will tell you.
