I am VERY UPSET and will NEVER take my dog to this Petsmart again! I took my new puppy here for grooming services (a trim-etc.) I picked her up she was BALD in the top of her head, her paws were not groomed- she looked like a completely different dog! I was pissed and to keep me from slapping someone and going to jail......I wrote this review. Do not take your dog for grooming here! Jenny is the worst! Don't do it!
