There has never been a time I came here that there is good customer service with the exception of each of the cashiers. The lady with the blue hair is rude and acted as if she had an attitude and very condescending. I order something on line. It allowed me to place then order then stated out of stock. Well she acted as though I did something wrong because instead of waiting for them to pull my curb side I went in to inquire maybe I interrupted her leisure time not sure. I went to look for the item I grabbed the wrong one because I asked her a question she was snappy. Moving forward if I have to deal with her I will not spend another dime at this location.

I have scheduled to have my dog groomed and washed twice with this business. Twice they waited till the end of the business day before the scheduled appointments on the morning after.
I would NOT recommend scheduling and waiting the better part of a week to get your dog seen here.
