PetSmart Dog Training

Allison at the Clive, Iowa Pet Smart is a fantastic trainer. I’m a first time dog owner and she not only did great in the class helping out but gave lots of tips and tricks as I’ve went through hurdles with chewing and jumping, etc that were easy to do and made a big difference . She goes above and beyond and my the dogs in my classes have loved her. Henry has made it thorough puppy and intermediate training and is on to the next. Initially I signed up for another obedience class outside PetSmart, it was a disaster the volunteers were nice and tried but they weren’t actual trainers with experience, rather just pet owners themselves. After I went to the first class with Allison , I could tell an immediate difference with working with a trainer who has years of experience and I didn’t go back to the other obedience class. I felt bad for those pet owners who took the other (non-Pet Smart) class, they had retired folks crawling on the ground their dogs , people trying to settle dogs by lifting 40 + pound dogs up. I am so glad I found Allison’s class, she taught much easier methods to get better results. I never knew anyone who mentioned puppy classes but and since I’ve mentioned taking Henry, Ive had several friends mention going to Allison and great and nice she is. If your thinking of signing up for a class , this is the place to go.
