FirstBarkUnfortunately someone at this location ripped the loops off of our dog's leather collar and no one bothered to say anything to us. We brought him there for boarding 4 days ago and picked him up today. When we got home we noticed his collar had 1 missing loop and another ripped loop. His leash was clipped on to the collar in a way so that it wasn't noticeable when you look at him.

My dog loves going to Day Camp, and overnight stays! The staff is amazing, I can't say enough good things about them! THEY ARE AMAZING!!
I came for a dog grooming. But I will not be coming back. So so so rude, I left and said, "Have a good day," and the guy who groomed my dog replied with, 'yep.' Spent a 100 dollars to get poor customer service and associates who look like they're being forced to go to work with poor attitudes. No thanks.
