Worst delivery and customer service ever. Every delivery is missing an item. Continue to give them the benefit of the doubt and they continue to mess up our orders.

I came in an hour before close because my partner had found a stray kitten and we needed emergency supplies. Kim, one of the managers, was immediately able to help me find what I needed and immensely helped my search.

Very rude employee this morning. I ask aisle where 1 item is, she points and says nothing. After a min of looking she says “not helping you, thats your job - I pointed it out”. Look for few more mins to find item on other side of store. Incredible to think the store was empty when this happened.
