Less than Zero Stars in Grooming Services Petsmart Lakeline I dropped off my 13 year old cocker spaniel at 1230pm, for bath and trim, it took them SIX HOURS not until 630pm for him to be ready. I was told at drop off it would be around three hours. I called after four and half and told "it would be another hour". The explanation I was given was "he was used as a demonstration for cocker cut", I was never informed or asked for permission for this or the extended table time it added to the scheduled services. I would have said No due to age. Dissatisfaction was further increased by the quality of cut he received. It was unacceptable for time they had, 6 hours,, and money, $90, I had to pay. There were irregularities on his sides where the clippers were not held steady or just completely missed, leaving long tufts of fur on his chest. This was not Kenny's first grooming in his thirteen years he has had many. There were many opportunities for this not to be a stressful situation for my dog. FIRST:ASKING FOR MY PERMISSION FOR EXTENDED TABLE TIME Offer to retrim was made to correct irregularities in cut length. I declined he was very very tired and thirsty. RESULTS: My dog came home limping with hind legs weak and slipping out from under him causing him to fall this required pain medicine!!!
