I normally don't write reviews but i had to this time. I recently began a snail hobby and needed help with learning about maintenance and what to do with my baby snail outbreak. I was helped by Jose who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions and guided me in the right direction. I feel much more confident about caring for my snails and learned many things from him. I really appreaciate his help. His demeanor was friendly and caring and was patient with me. Overall, I had a great experience and would come back if I needed more help with my snails.
