Extremely disappointed. I’ve called two days in a row trying to speak with someone about my dog’s training and have yet to reach a real person. No returned calls, no follow-up, nothing. If communication is this poor before services even begin, I can’t imagine what it’s like once they have your money. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I expected basic customer service, not to be ignored.
