Dog Trainer, Taylor, is the most irresponsible, unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. She changes training times and reschedules classes without notifying students. I complained that twice, that we waiting 15-20 minutes for her to start class. she unprepared and often class is only 15 minutes long. We went from 7 students to 2 in 5 weeks. Taylor is young and should not be teaching class at Petsmart Boynton Beach Congress Ave
