PetSmart Dog Training

I signed up for four consecutive Monday night training sessions with my new puppy. The class was postponed or canceled three times due to medical issues with the Trainer or lack of other customers signing up. The trainer was unprepared for classes and would spend a good ten Minutes going to the printer to hand us paperwork to review during the next week. I feel Petsmart should have had a back up trainer to provide consistent training for a pet. If I rearrange my schedule for four Monday nights in a row, that is my plan. When I called about a refund, I was told absolutely ma’am we understand please come in and we will refund you immediately. Just pull up the receipt on your phone. When I came in, they told me to come back because the trainer needed to be there and she was currently in the hospital. I could go on and on but bottom line don’t do training at the Plant City Walmart. It is very unreliable and unprofessional.
