PetSmart Dog Training

Manager here was very rude & unhelpful. Did not follow B.L.A.S.T for our issue. We simply left a bag at checkout yesterday. She said "there was no way anything got left behind because they just did inventory", gave us the dirtiest look, practically snarled at u eyes popping out of her head. She just walked away & held her finger up after I said "well, we didn't leave with it & we paid for it.. soo..?" She asked for the timestamp on my receipt (I'm assuming to go check their cameras) but we have to be back at work, so we just spent the $25 again to get out of there. It could have easily been given away with the next purchase behind us because it was busy at that time we were in. We come here basically every day & we have never received such unfriendly, rude, non understand customer service. We also both have extensive history with management.. what ever they have going on in this store with management needs to be niped in the behind before it goes down the tubes like all the other shops in this area
