Big Bertha wouldn't sell me fish because I wouldn't tell her how big my tank is due to how she approached me with a terrible attitude. Her and two other workers were sitting in the front office for 10 minutes while I stood there waiting for service. I had the cashier who was the only one working ask for help after 5 minutes with no results for 5 minutes. I sold fish, worked at a fish store, and do maintenance on fish tanks for 15 years professionally. I told her she is losing a good customer and many more as I do a ton of reviews and she said "GOOD".
