FirstBarkHuge shoutout to Ruben G.! At the Arrington Road PetSmart. My 2-year-old Catahoula mix from AggieLand Humane Society started with zero training and a lot of reactivity (non-stop barking). Thanks to Ruben’s expertise, he’s a different dog. He’s much calmer, focused, and we can finally enjoy walks in public without the disruption. We are so grateful for her help!

Please DO NOT choose the Arrington location for GROOMING. Terrible experience! I would've preferred to be told, no one had experience and did not know how to properly groom my Teddy Bear (most may know as Schichon) instead of shaving him until pink was showing and cutting his long ears! Literally had to go up there bc of no call and the store was closing. Alleges they tried to call but the number was not working. LIES!! I have been using PetSmart for the entire year of his pup life. I only went to this location bc his previous groomer was no longer available after graduating. Also, I previously had a great experience with an out of state PetSmart! My pup literally started crying when he saw me and was shivering on the grooming table. The groomer looked terrified and guilty. The lies I was given... Pathetic! Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THE ARRINGTON LOCATION FOR GROOMING!!
