Some random BilJac dog food employee came up and harassed me about buying the Royal Canin food that I get for my dogs. I have never once been approached by an employee who proceeded to ask in a snotty tone “Why are you buying THAT brand? do you even KNOW what is in it?” and other nonsense. Aside from making me upset over the fact that I use the brand that my VET recommends that I use, this is such inappropriate behavior to harass customers. Do yourself a favor and go to a different PetSmart that doesn’t have BilJac employees there.
