PetSmart Dog Training

I signed my dog up for training over a year ago and I'm still trying to untrain all of the terrible habits they reenforced. Most of the training is sitting in a circle with other dogs listening. Not that interesting for a dog. You're taught early that if your dog is barking to ask them to touch and reward them for touching. THIS REENFORCES THE BARKING. Now if my dog want attention she barks and lunges at it because that's what training taught her.

We took my daughter's dog to CRITTER CLIPS!who proceeded to absolutely butcher my poor daughter's Pekingese! HAIRCUT. Which made me decide to go to PetSmart for my Dog which is a Maltese. I can't remember the Groomer's name I think it was DeShawn at New Center. He did such a phenomenal job everywhere I go I get compliments on her haircut! He listen to everything I asked him to do, when I brought her in he even got on the floor and sat with her and me, listened very carefully to what my needs were for her, and proceeded to do the best haircut I've ever had for my sweet allie 🤗😍 thank you PetSmart for hiring such a wonderful groomer I will be returning.
