PetSmart Dog Training

I am disgust by my experience with petsmart! Why give the customer the option for same day delivery use a third party and then don't take responsibility. How did an order I placed from 4pm to be delivered between 7-9pm still have yet to arrived and the stupid doordash company not giving any reasons as to why they keep turning my order around! And all petsmart could say is contact doordash when I paid through their website and doordash telling me contact petsmart and $60 later still no dog food for my pet!

I have spent hundreds of dollars at petsmart in the last two years only to be treated like a criminal by the bald headed manager, Caucasian at N. Academy store. I had emergency and have to leave town and had receipt and everything fir some Bettany fish that are in great shape. Explained it was an emergency and the were only 4 pr 5 fans past 14 days return policy. To he fair their are no signs posted around the beta section stating return policy nor did the cashier mention it. Actually 1st time I heard about it was when I needed to return them. He was rude and pretty much treated us like we were Thieves even though you can plainly pull up my history and see the amount 9f money we spend. This isn't the first time he has treated us this way. Just because we have tattoos and dint wear Prada doesn't mean we are stealing from this company. I have been a customer service manager for over 25yrs and I would NEVER treat someone like he treated us today. Even if I knew they were Thieves. His customer service is awful and I will be a petco customer from now on. Higher prices maybe but their customer service is worth. I am embarrassed and disgusted by his service. I will not back. Thank goodness an employee was wiling to take them.. This locati9n ruined for all. He needs some training on empathy and training about stero typing. His yea no attitude is disturbing at best. Thanks for making petco my go to.
