PetSmart Dog Training

Absolutely disturbing. My boyfriend and I went in to buy supplies for our new dog. On the way out to the cash register I natives shelf with tiny plastic cups with fish in each cup. I thought maybe these were online orders or something. I started to look closely. Many of the fish looked dead/stunned/not moving. I never seen anything like it. There was a man stocking the shelf near by. I asked him if this fish had been sold and he said no . I said well the fish don’t look very good. A few of them look dead. He said that’s not his department. I asked him if he could let the right person know. He didn’t seem to have any urgency in letting he another staff member know . As I waited in line and paid I kept looking back at the fish. Very traumatized from what I just saw. I told the cashier hey do you realize there are dead fish over there. They don’t look well. She mentioned they must need there water changed.. why are fish being kept in tiny plastic cups? That is extremely inhumane and disturbing to walk into a store and see fish kept on display in tiny plastic cups. Shameful.
