PetSmart Dog Training

Today I took my pet to the dog groomer, it was a total disaster, since they didn't bathe him, they didn't cut his nails, they didn't clean his face, and they gave him a horrible cut, where the dog ended up irritated because of how poorly they used the razor. Other times I have taken him to other places with the same amount of hair and they have always delivered it to me well shaved, today they delivered it to me in a mess. It seems like the person who shaved it doesn't know how to use a razor. After having him for more than four hours, it seems disrespectful to me. I require my money back or that they tell me a day and time for them to finish the pathetic job they did. I am attaching a photo of how they left my dog ​​in such a horrible way, they completely damaged his hair and in addition they hurt him, you can see that the dog was attacked, on the other hand I am leaving a photo of how they have left my dog ​​in other places when I have taken him with the same amount of hair, it is a terrible job that they do, I demand my refund or that they fix the damage done.

Ok I did not use the dog side of the store. I do use the fish side of the store. Over all I like this fish store. You do hafta watch what you bye. I kept my eye on some of the bigger decorations and when they went on sale I bought them. They do go on bye One get one half off quite often. But as with any "big chain store" I suggest you read on what type of fish you want to keep before you buy. Because one or 2 of the employees know something about the hobby most of them don't and don't care either. I know this because I saw a Asian couple buying a 60 gallon tank, stand, everything. The filter they had was not sufficient for that size aquarium. When I asked the employees about it they said " O well they'll be back" 🙄. This is unacceptable. I wanted to help that couple but they were loading the stuff on there truck and I didn't want to seem rude or anything. So remember do your homework yourself. You can find anything you need online. Just ask your phone. 🤘
