I’ve never left a negative review before, but this felt extremely unprofessional, so I figured others should be warned. I called ahead and asked if they had any 75 gallon aquariums in stock and the lady on the phone said yes, so I took an Uber there since there are no trains close by. When I got there she said that the only 75gal tanks they sold came with a stand, which was several hundred dollars more than what the tank by itself would cost. When I asked why she didn’t mention that on the phone, if I could place an order for one to be delivered, or if she could let me know where I might be able to find the tank I needed, she scoffed at me and refused to help, acting like my questions were stupid and that I shouldn’t expect her to actually help. I’ll probably just shop at Petco or local businesses from now on, because this left a very bad taste in my mouth.
