100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. GROOMERS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GIVE A PROPER CUT. Took my two 6 month old Maltipoos in for their first "professional" grooming. NEVER again will I use or recommend PetSmart grooming service. Both pups were shaved bald. The "groomer" claimed there was matting, which was not true. In our intake exam, there was a dime size mat in the crook of one of my puppies leg...the groomer used this as a reason to shave both. The grooming around the face was poorly done, uneven. The ears and feet looked untouched. The finished job was so poorly done I was not about to have them do any further damage by asking them to address the issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PETSMART.

The groomer team cleaned our pup up no problem! Our dog had been out with the grandparents on a farm..... They had their work cut out for them! They were great.
