PetSmart Dog Training

Justin the manager is a complete jerk! My cats PRESCRIBED medicine needed an updated prescription, which i was NEVER advised of until today. I come to this store monthly and buy the food with no problems. Today 2/2/2026 JUSTIN refused to allow me to purchase the food and then because I got upset that my cats won't have any food then proceeded to tell me he will call the cops on me if I didn't leave. He definitely was not concerned or displayed any empathy for the situation. He should not be working at a pet facilty or in charge at any business.

I’m giving 1 star only because it won’t let me review without it. Be CAUTIOUS if you get your dog groomed there! My daughter brought her Pomeranian in there for a TEDDY BEAR cut which he has been getting. This is a short cut but not shaved down to the skin. This groomer shaved him down to the skin except for his tail and face. If she was a trained groomer, she would know that you never shave a double coated dog as it’ll never grow back right. Her poor dog is also shaking a lot since this happened. My daughter spent $100 for this and his nails weren’t even cut (which she pre paid for). She will be speaking to the Manager tomorrow so hopefully she will get a full refund!
