James was really patient with us and got our fence working properly. It has worked flawlessly and we are really happy with it. We were shocked how quickly our dog took to it and our concerns about her running past the fence have not come to fruition. She seems to know where the fence line is and doesn’t even go within four feet of it after being “reminded” twice about the invisible barrier. James is a nice guy who walks you through set up, training the dog, and doing any troubleshooting that might occur. We would recommend him if you’re looking to have a fence installed! No pressure tactics and we felt like he had our dogs best interest at heart.

Jim has installed Pet Stop systems for me at two different homes and has also repaired a few wire breaks over the years. Every experience has been excellent. He is professional, responsive, and always takes the time to make sure the system and the collars are working properly before he leaves. His work is reliable, and he is easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for an invisible fence for their pet.
