Phil's Dog Training

My wife and I rescued a mixed breed puppy during the peak of summer and have tried training our little girl in any way we came across on the internet. After months of trying anything and everything and failing I took to google to search for dog trainers in our area and Phil was one of the top choices. He certainly did not disappoint! Scheduling a time to meet was easy, he came to our home and from the moment he walked in the door we could tell we found the right guy. In almost minutes our dog was attentive to the commands Phil was using. Truthfully it was more of a learning experience for my wife and I and discovering all the things we were doing incorrectly. He was affordable, to the point and if you’re in need dog trainer look no further. We’re already looking into his group classes to work on her socialization. Thank you Phil!

WOW. Five stars is an understatement. We were going to send our dogs to a three week training camp because of how poorly they’re behaved but found Phil instead. He came over the day after we called him and took less than an hour to train BOTH dogs (one is 3yrs and one is 5yrs) as well as us. He was AMAZING. We literally couldn’t believe how quickly he had them under control. He taught us how to communicate with them effectively so they listen and we can already see the results….insane. We presented him with our toughest challenges and he had them behaving very well in each scenario. Don’t look anywhere else; book him!!!!

Phil is awesome! We have a new 4 month old Rotweiller which is my 1st Rotty. On the first training session - our “Bear” was sitting, staying, coming and most of all - leaving his treat untouched by commands! With an active rotty-PUPPY - watching him leave his treat untouched while it’s within his reach was unbelievable!!! I am so alleviated that Phil came to train us along with our puppy! Phil was also generous with his knowledge - ideas on foods, treats, and he took his time answering all our questions and listening to our struggles w/Bear. If you are looking around for trainers, I highly suggest and recommend trying Phil first!!!!

Phil was nothing short of a miracle worker- and a true dog whisperer! We had recently adopted a high energy Shepard and were struggling with basic commands and integrating her into our household with our existing dog. Within 1 hour of training it's like she was a new dog! Phil showed us how to correct and reward behavior and train for long term results. If you are considering a dog trainer, do not hesitate. Phil is the BEST!

We were at wits end with our puppy’s antics and knew it was time to get help training him so we called Phil for this help! He came into the house and was able to make the most of the hour we had to train us how to train and react to our puppy to get the best from him. What an amazing amount we learned in a very short time. It will take plenty of practice and reinforcement to get the results we are looking for, but we are off to a great start! I highly recommend Phil to work with your dogs. We are so happy with the results!
