I recently bought a puppy from Chad, and he has some of the best dogs around. Chads dogs are naturally calm in the house while also having a high prey drive in the field. My pup naturally took to retrieving and is ready for some wild bird encounters in the field this fall. Chad socialized our puppy in the early stages and set us up for success with a calm and confident dog. Many breeders don’t take the time to evaluate their dogs for health traits like hips, and other issues that can be passed down through genetics. Chad does testing before he even considers breeding a dog and doesn’t let his puppies breed until they have also passed these tests.

In May 2023, I picked up a puppy from Chad after many years of waiting, all due to my timing issues. It was definitely worth the wait! I received the best socialized and adjusted puppy that I have had. Chad's breeding program is exceptional. The dog has proven to be very willing to train, and retains quickly. His bird drive and confidence have made him a joy to work with, and have in our home. A family member also has 2 of Chad's dogs. I recently hunted over them, all on wild birds, and they handled birds wonderfully . I would suggest you look at Phillips gun dogs if you are looking for training or a puppy!

Both of my girls have spent numerous hours, days, and weeks with Chad. They’re reliable, bird finding machines and I know it’s because of all the hard work he has put into them.
