They were very nice and accommodating to our needs as we made a reservation a day prior for our dog. A gentleman greeted us and walked our dog to his cage and we placed him inside. Our dog was anxious and vocal as we departed and there was several other dogs barking and jumping as we came and left. The next morning I arrived to pick up my dog. I met another young man who was nice but didn’t know much about my dog and wasn’t sure of how he did. I could hear my dog crying as we talked. He told me my dog ate but I’m not sure I believe that because my dog was so anxious. When he let my dog in from another area I couldn’t see he was running around trying to find the door to leave because he didn’t want to be there. He had lost most of his voice as he tried to bark. I opened the door to the outside and he ran behind another vehicle to wait on me to open it up. I motioned for him to come to my vehicle and he ran to load up. When we got home he ran inside to where his water dish was. I immediately pulled out his dish and filled it up. He was beyond thirsty and it was only a 5 minute ride home. I had to refill his water dish a second time. After he settled down he lays down and went into such a deep sleep my wife became scared and had to check to see if he was breathing. We could walk past him and he wouldn’t move. He’s always been alert and follows us from room to room. It was obvious that our dog didn’t do well that night and was fatigued. I’m not saying this is a bad place to take your dog but it’s not a good place for our dog. He’s not accustomed to places like this. He isn’t an anxious dog but we don’t board him often. The facility was being remodeled and there was some things that could have been cleaned and tidied up. The smell of bleach was obvious and the kennels were hosed out. It’s not a calm and relaxing place for dogs but as I said before just because it’s not the right place for our dog doesn’t mean it’s not the right place for yours. They do seem to want to keep your dog safe and healthy.

Beautiful facility with lots of space for your dog. We shopped around a lot, and ended up choosing ADP because of the space our dog would have, and how confident Zack was in helping our rescue become less nervous and reactive. He proved to be the man, and we could not be happier with the results for our Ellie Eldo (she was about 7 months old when she did the board and train). Our rescue was/is terrified of people, but now we have the tools to help her overcome this. Her heeling is incredible and recall is spot on! We walk her off leash a lot without fear of her not listening or reacting to distractions. It's been about two months later and we've kept up with the training tools Zack provided to us. Ellie has gotten even less reactive--allowing us to live our life without fear or anxiety of meeting people or dogs. Ellie has lots of confidence now, and we are so proud of her. We would have like to see more specific notes each week (Ellie was there for three), but in the end this didn't matter because all of our concerns were addressed and our dog was treated very well. We've already had a friend commit her dog to ADP because of our experience and will continue to recommend! Before ADP, we worked with a personal trainer but didn't see the results we really needed to make this work for our family. We are so happy to have found Zack and company.

We sent our 1 year old German Shepard to the two week board and train while we took a vacation. I was a bit unsure at first as we had never left her anywhere. Zack met with us ahead of time to show us the facility and answer any questions we had. He shared his philosophy and training style. During our dog's time there we were sent video updates and watched for pictures on social media. When we picked her up Zack taught us how to use all the tools she would be coming home with. They also offer group classes that we can attend which is a great place to continue training, ask questions and get help. Happy with our experience!

Our new rescue Trevor needed a lot of training! He was very reactive and did not do well with strangers or other dogs. After a few weeks of board and train with Zack, he is a completely different dog! Walking with him is smooth and he listens to commands when other dogs are around, which we never thought would be possible. While cost was not a major consideration in our decision, we felt it was more than reasonable and quite a bit less than some competitors. It is a bit of a drive from Denver, but well worth it for a happy, healthy pup!
