Piper's Place

We cannot recommend Piper's Place enough! Our rescue lab mix puppy did a 5-week board and train with Helen and Piper's Place. It is amazing how much our lives have improved since our Clover did her training with Helen! Clover used to be very very scared in new situations and new environments, and now she is confident. It has allowed her playfulness to really shine through, and our young kids can play safely with her. You can tell Helen truly loves what she does, and she is an amazing teacher -- both to the dogs and the human owners who she empowers to have such a better, richer relationship with their dogs. She emphasizes progress over perfection and is responsive with questions. Helen's training is worth every cent - we will always be so grateful to her!

I saw Piper’s place was recommended by wags and walks Nashville and so knew it would be a trustworthy place. I was so happy with my experience and my dog, cowboy, absolutely loves Helen and he is always so excited to go back and visit. I took the plunge for the 4 week off leash training and I am so glad I did. I get compliments all the time on how well behaved my dog is, without him loosing his personality. I live in the city but like taking my dog on hikes and so wanted training that could accommodate both settings and found it. Helen really loves every dog she trains and it shows. I also was thankful for the updates along the way and the training she gave me so I could have a better, more relaxed relationship with my dog.

Helen at Piper’s Place is a GODSEND! She has truly changed our lives. Our pup was absolutely terrible on the leash when we first reached out to her and had a very hard time calming down in the house. He is now a dream on his leash and walks are so pleasant with him! He can calm down when he needs to and has learned to be “bored.” If you’re even thinking about training for your dog, reach out to Helen! She is so kind, understanding, and nonjudgmental. She truly loves dogs and it shows. We absolutely adore her!

Hank recently graduated from Piper’s Place and he learned so much. Before he went he knew the basics but struggled with stay because he always wants to be with you. Now he can stay and it doesn’t freak him out. He also learned how to off leash walk and we are continuing his practice at home. I cannot recommend Piper’s place enough. While it was hard to be without my Hank, I can now do so much more with him!!
