Training them separately was going well but getting them each to the same level was a challenge. Michael trained the humans as much as he trained the dogs! He provided in-home training that equipped us with tools, structure and stability that have allowed us to not only help with anxiety in the home but in public. It's a complete game changer! Michael is very personable and easy to work with. He was flexible with a scheduling conflict that arose and made communication through the entire process easy. Payments were able to be split up between a down payment and final payment but we were offered smaller weekly payments if needed.
