At Platinum Dog Training, we believe that educating owners is just as important as training their dogs. That’s why all of our training takes place with you, the owner, present. Whether we’re in your home, or out in public, we are focusing on not only teaching your dog, but educating you on how you can have the best possible relationship with your pet. We use a balanced approach for training. Our training techniques have proven to be highly effective for even the most difficult of dogs, while also working wonders for dogs who already have a solid foundation, and are just looking to take that last step to excellence.

(jumping, leash work, manners with guests) The tools that he utilizes are easy to replicate day to day when the training is over. He is knowledgable around many dog behaviors and is always able to provide insight. Coming to your house to train your dog..can't beat that!

We can’t speak highly enough of Michael. This was my third dog and I was nervous after his adoption because of the amount of energy he had. Michael made it super simple and easy for me and my dog to learn what we were supposed to do. My dog absolutely loved him and that meant the world to me. We are very happy with our results!

Michael was incredible to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Michael helped us train a new puppy, Theo. After a very short time with Michael, Theo was able to start understanding something new, and we learned how to continue teaching and practicing with Theo every step of the way. We are only halfway through our training sessions and my dog has showed so much improvement. Previously, there was reactivity, leash pulling, not listening, etc. Now we have a very well behaved dog that listens, stays calm around distractions, and loose leash walks
We had two previous in home dog trainers before Michael. There was not much improvement at all so I was skeptical about getting another trainer but I cannot recommend Michael enough!!!

I highly recommend training with Michael. We adopted a puppy that was having issues with recall and general listening. We knew she needed some structured training, but we simply were not seeing positive changes trying training on our own. Beginning with the initial session with Michael, we started to see results. Michael is great at what he does, and makes you feel confident to perform the homework sessions with your dog. In the most positive way, our dog was like a completely different dog at the end of training. I have recommended Michael to multiple people, and I will use him again in a heartbeat in the future.
