FirstBarkMichael worked wonders with our two Rough Collies. Previous to meeting Michael both dogs were highly reactive to other dogs - walking them was stressful. Now they exhibit NO reaction and walking them is a joy. With each successive lesson we noticed a marked difference in the dogs’ demeanor. They are now much, much more calm and content (and so are we)! Thank you Michael!

Michael did such a great job at working with my cocker spaniel, Millie! Throughout the training process, I’ve noticed such improvements in her behaviors and ability to do what I ask of her. He also does a great job at “training” the owner as well so I knew exactly how to work with her in between sessions!

Overall, we are extremely happy with the results after 4 sessions with Michael! This is the first dog that my wife and I have had together. We both grew up with dogs as kids, but we were not familiar with training. The lessons and directions that Michael provided were very detailed but easy to implement into our daily lives! We were a little weary of the cost in comparison to puppy classes, but we are so very happy we chose this route! They get to learn in their own environment, and that’s what won us over ultimately. Our pup has learned multiple commands and knows how to listen much better these days. Going on walks is our favorite part of the day. We definitely recommend working with Michael!!

Highly recommend Michael and Platinum Dog Training! Prior to our training with Michael, our dogs had terrible leash manners. One of our dogs would jump on anyone that would come into our home, the other would bark at anyone that would come near home. After six lessons with Michael, not only have all of the behavioral challenges been addressed, we can now walk our dogs in public spaces/stores, around other people, dogs, distractions like cats and squirrels, and their behavior is absolutely great (we never imagined this would be possible before we started training!). What used to be a pretty miserable experience before we started this training, we now all love going on our daily walks! Michael is very kind and professional. He taught us so much about our two dogs. Through this training we’ve formed even stronger bonds with our dogs and now have the tools and resources needed to continue working and training with our dogs now that our lessons are complete. We have loved every aspect of the training through Platinum Dog Training and we learned so much. Our only regret is that we didn’t sign up for this training earlier.

We called Platinum Dog Training to help us with our lab puppy Edi. She is the typical energetic pup and wanted to play constantly with her older brother Champ. She escalated the play and Champ didn't always love the attention. Michel’s easy instruction helped us monitor and change her behavior with Champ and the grand kids so she was much more calm and behaved. The E-collar system is so great for enjoyable walks with Edi girl! Changed 100% for the better and no more pulling. This training has made her puppy phase so much easier. Thank you Michael!!
