What an amazing class and experience in leadership and understanding what our furry family needs from us to succeed. Michelle is a natural pack leader that cares deeply for the animals and shows compassion for the humans. The class covered critical boundaries that helped me better lead my boy out of negative behaviors and helped him to be more confident and obedient. I look forward to what Pluto Pals has coming in the future.

Michelle is one of one when it comes to dog training and helping our Cooper. Before Michelle, Cooper was very anxious, reactive, and willfully disobedient most of the time. The anxiety contributed to his bite history and added strain to our day to day living. We turned to the opinions of our vet and even paid for a canine behavioral psychologist which yielded little results even with the medications prescribed to Cooper. And unfortunately, another incident happened afterwards. Enter Michelle. From day 1 to today, she’s maintained the same calm confident energy Cooper needed to break through his walls day by day through the 6-week board and training program. She consistently sent us weekly updates and posted daily to her story so we could see Cooper transition into his best self. Today, Cooper is still himself except he has the discipline all dog owner’s dream of. The kind of discipline that allows him to - coexist with unfamiliar dogs - observe instead of react - obey a command the first and only time it’s said Seriously, Michelle saved Cooper’s life. She’s worth every penny and we now have better skills in being the pack leaders Cooper needs us to be. Go Pluto’s Pals!

Michelle has been a true blessing in our lives with our 8 year old pups Mia and Archie! We attended the Dog Psychology course which really helped us understand the mind of our dogs. We learned foundational knowledge that will help us for the rest of our lives and really helped us to meet them where they are. Mia was a fearful dog while Archie was reactive. This made if difficult taking them out in public as it was stressful for all of us. Mia attended Michelle's bootcamp and came home a happy, confident and well adjusted pup. She's no longer the same fearful pup that we dropped off. We're able to bring her out in public without her being scared. She also loves to cuddle and be held now but not because she's scared. Archie's reactivity is so much better and we can finally walk him and take him out in public without him barking and pulling on the leash. He's so much more calm, no longer tries to run out the front door or try and escape our backyard, and he stopped barking at the fence line to everyone walking by. We've used Pluto's Pals for boarding and our pups still enjoy pack days where they can play around and still get a bit of training as Michelle continues to reinforce the rules. We're so grateful for Pluto's Pals Pet Care. We now have a whole new wonderful life with our pack!

I had experience with a reactive dachshund dog after being rushed by an off leash dog, that caused years of stress/fear going out on walks and not being able to board with other dogs. I vowed to learn the best way to not repeat the same situation with my 5 month old dachshund puppy. What she teaches works!! And once you see it works, you become a believer. I realize everything I have been taught by other trainers was not the most effective for any dog. In the few months, our submissive (potentially reactive) puppy has transformed and become more confident. We can walk without him barking at other dogs or people, not stopping every minute to smell or pulling on the leash. She gave us so many tools to work with for all type of situations. Michelle is INVALUABLE and because of her knowledge and love for what she does, we will have a less stressful and more joyful life with our new puppy. She boarded our puppy while we traveled. Because of her, I felt the most comfortable I have ever felt leaving any of my dogs. 1000% trust her. She works with dogs of all ages and wide range of behavioral issues.
