We met a few trainers before hiring Ettel - we immediately knew she would be the right fit for us not only because of her expertise, but her non-judgmental, practical training techniques. When our daughter started to crawl, our six-year-old dog Howie started to exhibit some aggression towards her. Until that time, we never really trained him, and we needed someone who could "meet us where we were" and give us practical tips to work into our hectic lives. That is her approach. You can tell she truly cares for the dogs she helps and is a pro. Thank you, Ettel!

Ettel is such an amazing person and an even more amazing trainer. I am so grateful that I met her as she helped me and my dog greatly. I adopted my dog from the shelter and she was super anxious and scared of everything. Ettel helped me step by step in training my dog so that she can grow to have the confidence to be a normal dog. The sessions were highly informative and educational. The homework that Ettel assigns to train your dog were also pivotal in my dog's behavioral improvement. I highly recommend Ettel as a dog trainer and she is more than deserving of great reviews and stars she has.

Ettel is amazing. My dog, Milo, is very reactive to sound and I have been training with him for several years now. He is not food oriented so training is taking a long time. After seeing several dog trainers, Ettel is the only one who helped me make Milo actually eat the treats when we train, which makes training so much easier and efficient. She also pointed out the fact that physical pain might explain why he is so reactive to sound. We did some tests with his vet and confirm that he is in fact in physical pain. We are still working on it and Milo is already doing better. Ettel has done such a thorough assessment of Milo when we first met. She was so supportive and understanding as I was psychologically exhausted by the training. She truly cares and even offers discounted training for people who can't afford it. I highly recommend her. She is great!

Ettel is honestly the best trainer we've ever had. Our dog struggles a lot with anxiety and reactivity and we have seen a major improvement. It was really refreshing to be met with an understanding and empathetic approach; it has also improved our relationship with our dog too, which has been the best part! Kayla is also awesome, she was with Ettel for the training sessions and did some walk/trains as well. We couldn't recommend them enough! Best choice we made!
