Positive Interactions Dog Behavior and Training, LLC

We were new to the pet ownership world and although we were excited, with time our excitement faded due to the overwhelming feeling of molding a well-behaved dog. We called on Colleen to help us train our puppy, Finn. Colleen's sessions were always positive, informative, hands-on, and she always imbedded time in each training session for us to sit down and talk about goals, questions, and plans to reach the desired outcome. Colleen is professional, awesome with guiding children on how to be involved in training, and so down to earth...always realizing that life isn't the same for each family/pet she encounters. Finn is almost 6 months now and Colleen gave us the tools we need to be confident and responsible dog owners! Thank you, Colleen!!

We can’t say enough about what an incredible experience we had working with Colleen and Positive Interactions! Our two year old rescue was quite the handful on walks— reactive and hard to manage, barking and pulling at passerby’s of the two and especially four legged variety. We worked on a reward based counter conditioning with Colleen, along with general behavior training, and the progress was incredible. Even our neighbors have commented what tremendous Lucky has made! She also helped us develop success strategies as our infant son began to enter the toddler phase—house preparation, dog language cues, etc. Beyond the amazing results, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Colleen. She is knowledgeable and thorough, attentive and detail oriented, warm and a consummate professional.
