If you are the hands-on type that wants to be personally involved with training your pooch, our group dog training classes are for you. Group classes not only teach you training methods, but also provide the benefit of socializing with other dogs and owners.

Do they do puppy training?
They just train my 5 month old German shepherd and she is amazingly well behaved now... Can't give enough props for positive pets.
I recently adopted two dogs, that are one and half years old. I have been working with them both in my home and yard.
But I'm finding that they are scared of everything out side of my yard . Do you have any suggestions?
Go visit Positive Pets w/ or w/o them and ask them in person. We have had great results with them.

You have to continue training with her. She wont just forget

Dogs are like children, if you expect them to continue to do what they learned, you must reinforce it. Positive Pets does training with you to reinforce everything they have taught your dog.

Dogs cant lie...so if you arent doing your homework (consistently reinforcing the training)we will know. We absolutely want you and your pup to succeed, but for that to happen, you must do your part!

She will only forget if you dont practice. If you dont use it, you lose it! The trainers give you all the tools and resources you need to continue practicing too, which I have noticed a lot of other places dont really commit to like Positive Pets does.
And think of it this way, 30 minutes of training spread throughout the day only takes about 3% of your entire day. The difference that every day practice will make is phenomenal.

Our dog was 5 months old when she started the Well Mannered Transformation Academy, and has since graduating become a more confident, eager to please and affectionate dog. If you’re interested in a training program I would very much recommend it…just be ready to learn…as so much of the training does fall on you the human/owner. I can’t speak to other situations, but for us our dog learned very quick, although she can also be a bit stubborn, so consistency and persistence is going to be important to long term success, as it will be for anyone going through any of these types of training programs. What we got out of this and what our dog got out of this was worth every penny, and we are very grateful to everyone that worked with Sadie. Especially Tas and all of the help she has been to us during our private lessons. Thank you!

Our experience with Positive Pets was fantastic. Justin was the primary trainer. He did and excellent job working with us. Angie was most helpful with the administration details. We plan on continuing our trading with this top notch outfit

Positive Pets changed my dog so much! I was seriously thinking I was going to have to re-home her until I found out about their transformation plan! Every week they had her I saw significant differences. Troy’s puppy class was very helpful and my private lessons with Aiyla, Troy and Issac helped me learn how to make sure I was doing the right things! I highly recommend this program!!!

My Jasmine just graduated from Positive Pets last week. Her trainer was Tas. Tas is simply amazing. Very knowledgeable, calm and friendly. She made me feel heard and gave me confidence. Jasmine started very nervous but by the end of our training, she would walk over to Tas and would greet her in a relaxed and friendly manner.
