Practical Obedience LLC - Custom Dog Training

We are so happy with our experience at Practical Obedience! Maggie came highly recommended by our Vet. Maggie and her team are truly amazing!!! We needed behavior training for our Charlotte, a one year old German Shepherd. We utilized the Emergency Consultation after being on the wait list for awhile. Maggie took the time to learn about our family, our routine, and our struggles with Charlotte. She set up a plan with new equipment and new rules to work with Charlotte’s fear, frustration, anxiety and impulse control. Maggie and Kailey worked at Charlotte’s pace which helped both us and Charlotte gain confidence. We were really unsure how Day Training would go for Charlotte but soon learned that Charlotte was very excited to go to class to see Miss Maggie and Kaylie! She was even more excited to show off what she had learned in our coaching sessions! The more that we learned in the coaching sessions helped us work with Charlotte at home. Maggie gave us a clear plan and is always available for questions and to hear updates. She is always there to cheer us on and offer suggestions when we are struggling. Maggie has really helped us all gain confidence and because of the training, has helped us see some very positive changes that have trickled over into other areas of our day to day with Charlotte. Charlotte has learned to make better choices, is happier, and is more confident. We still have more work to do and are excited to continue our work with Maggie and Kaylie. Our only regret is that we didn’t find them sooner! The investment has been so worth it and has changed our life as well as Charlotte’s!
