Precision K9 Work - Austin Dog Training

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jake at Precision K9 Work to train my dog, Havoc, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Jake is the epitome of professionalism and expertise in dog training. His knowledge about dogs is vast, and his training techniques are both effective and humane. What really stands out about Jake’s approach is how much he achieves in a short amount of time. Each session brought about significant improvements in Havoc that I wouldn’t have believed possible. The facility at Precision K9 Work is top-notch – clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff there are as polite and professional as Jake, contributing to an overall excellent experience. My dog has made so much progress while doing private lessons. The trainers there are really informative and great with him. He’s able to greet other dogs without absolute chaos and being a pitbull it was scary for everyone. He now has a couple of doggo friends he can play with and listens better to commands. I never thought he’d be able to do that based on his behavior prior. We still have a ways to go and paused during the hot months but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had talked to other places before and everyone wanted to do board and train based on his behavior. I have separation anxiety so that wasn’t what I wanted. Additionally, whatever I taught him wasn’t it so it is nice to learn what he actually needs. I love how they were able to work with us and saw immediate progress.

Jake is the best investment you can ever make for yourself & your dog. I boarded my GSD for three months with Jake and he turned him into the perfect dog. We did protection & obedience training, and WOW - Best money I've ever spent. My dog's patience skyrocketed, and our bond? It's like telepathy now. Safety and confidence are no-brainers after working with Jake. After being attacked on a run, having my dog by my side is my ultimate shield. It also helped me gain my overall confidence up which translated onto my dog. And Jake's wisdom? Unmatched. He helped me understand my dog's quirks and redirected that energy into brain games, which my dog prefers. Sadly, there's NO WAY I can capture all the awesomeness Jake brings into this review.
