Premier Dog Training

The staff is very friendly and were eager to start working with our pup. With this being our first time using professional training we were extremely curious about whether it would be worth the money; I can say that it was. While we missed our puppy during the three weeks, the amount he learned was worth it. The front desk staff were quick to communicate everything with us. They updated us as things occurred and were very quick to reply. This has been a fantastic experience and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Great place, great people. Always feel comfortable leaving my dog with them. The bootcamp is great and helped a lot with training. My dog always seems excited to be there. What is particularly helpful is unlike other places we looked, they don't just throw all the dogs together. They take time to assess what dogs can play safely together and which should probably not be together and schedule playtime accordingly. We also appreciated that they accept unaltered dogs. This is particularly helpful given for large dogs vets don't recommend it until at least 1 year. However, all the other places we looked had a hard and fast cut off of 7 months. This, I think, indicates to me that while they are a business, they care about the health and well-being of the dogs. If you do go through the bootcamp, they help with ongoing training and if you drop your dog off for boarding, they will do refreshers upon request.

We wanted to give a big shout out to Premier Dog Training. Our dog Kobi has been going to this dog boarding and training center for the last 2 ½ years. When we first got our German Shepherd, we were in need of training! We sent Kobi for 3 weeks of Boot Camp where he learned how to respond to a series of commands and improve his social skills with other dogs, people and children. Then it was our turn to learn how to become better handlers. The trainers were excellent as were the other handlers on staff. We logged on to their Instagram page every night for those three weeks to catch a glimpse of him, training and playing in the yard. After his stint at the Premier Boot Camp, we began taking Kobi back weekly for a daycare, which for him is like camp! Every time he sees us packing up his food bag for the weekly trip there, he paces back and forth waving his tail knowing exactly where he is going for the day! We travel 30 minutes to get there and as we come close to the exit, he starts waving his tail and panting. We could almost put him at the wheel to drive there! If you are looking for an excellent place to have your dog trained, boarded and or improve your dog’s social skills, don’t hesitate to visit Premier Dog Training. They will bark to show their appreciation!

No words to describe how blown away we were just watching the training demo when we picked up our dog Morty. He was so happy and calm while following commands and doing the training. He’s the same sweet boy, but new and improved with his training tools. We are so excited to keep up with training and to bring Morty back for boarding and for follow up sessions. The off-leash boot camp is well-worth every penny. Forever grateful to Connor, Morty’s trainer, and to the whole Premier staff!!
