I called Eric to inquire about puppy training and he made time to come over and provide a Puppy Training Consultation on the same day. He interacted positively with our dog and helped us with every aspect of puppy training imaginable (potty training, crate training, socialization, obedience, manners, etc.) in a 2 hour timespan. Eric acknowledged our puppy's age and helped us set reasonable expectations for her. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience and we will be calling Eric again to schedule more formal training for our puppy. Thanks, Eric!

We were desperate. Since we were both in the mid 70's a dog that was pulling and impossible to control was a serious safety hazard for us. Our dog is a rescue and we were not expecting this behavior based on other rescue's we've made in the past. I tried for three months to train Jackie with reward type training. All I accomplished was to get her to walk by my side for a treat then take off until she was ready for another one. Passing other dogs, cats, squirrels, and even the local horse was an impossible situation. It was apparent that she wasn't going to change with what we were doing and returning her would likely be a death sentence for her. She does have a sweet side, just too high strung. Enter Eric from Premier Dog Pack Training. We reached out to him from a suggestion from my son. We decided that this was the only option remaining and signed Jackie up for the program. Eric gave us weekly phone reports on her progress and provided a video of her training progress. Upon her return home she walked much better and was receptive to attempts to control her excitement but did tend to walk slightly ahead. After a week back at home following Eric's thorough at home instructions when he brought her back Jackie is walking in perfect heel position and really doesn't need much correction. This has been a real life changing event for us as well as Jackie. She is much calmer at home now and walks like a little princess. Squirrels don't bother her, same for cats. We have had a few questions along the way after Jackie's return and Eric responded very quickly with great advice. We are so grateful to Eric for helping us have the dog we wanted.

We have 2 puppies that we needed advice on how to work with being that their from the same litter. Eric the trainer had really good methods that will benefit us when teaching the dogs to sleep in seperate crates, where to have them eat, how often they need to rest, how to be in control of them and not them in control of me and much much more. Eric's experience shows in the amount of information he shares with you. I would recommend to anyone who needs help with their dog training.
