Premier Pack Dog Training and Behavior Solutions

While in the process of adopting a two-year-old dog, we had concerns that the dog may not get along with our cats or other dog. Not knowing the dog's history (he was a stray at one point), we had observed that he liked to chase little critters and was a runner. However, his demeaner is so sweet that we moved forward with the adoption. However, we didn't want to stress him, the other animals, or ourselves out. Enter Eric and Premier Pack Dog Training. Eric worked with our new member of the family and within three weeks, was able to teach him self control and key commands. Eric's patience and helpful insights not only helped us as new owners, but gave our new boy the tools he needed to be able to fit right in. We appreciate Eric's help and would definitely recommend him.

My two pittie mixes did a board and train with Eric back in December for 3 weeks. I was having trouble walking both at the same time and making sure they listened to my commands. Not going to lie, I was very nervous about being away from them for so long and nervous that they may come back with different personalities. I'm here to say that they came back with the same personalities, just better listeners, and with some brand new skills. This was a great experience for the boys and I'm grateful that Eric was able to show me how to be a better leader for them. I want to stress though that while they come back very, very trained, it's really up to you as the owner to stay consistent and keep up with the training. I noticed that they wanted to fall back into past behaviors and I had to stay on top of what I learned from Eric to make sure that didn't happen.This is a big investment for your babies, so I highly recommend that you prepare yourself to stay consistent! We sent Meechie (our Golden Doodle) to Eric with all kinds of issues: Response behavior, barking and jumping on visitors, food aggression and guarding causing him to attack our other dogs, not listening well. You name it, Meech wasn’t very good at it. Since being home, he responds very well to commands, has a much calmer demeanor and has even interacted with strangers without going crazy even if the smaller dogs do. He’s still a work in progress, but Eric equipped us with so many tools that we are hopeful for his continued growth! Eric was great at keeping us updated of how he was doing, answering questions and when he came to our home post training, roleplaying with potential behavior issues while showing us all the tools at our disposal!
