Hi Natalie, We understand you feel we weren’t a great fit for you. A lot of our clients do great after a month of their dog being home so they decide to wait longer before scheduling their refresher to not use their days all in one go. For this reason, we ask our clients to reach out when they are ready to schedule their refresher. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the text you sent us about requesting a refresher, did you try our landline, email or Pawfinity? The last text we received was a picture of Tilly and her sister on a cot and how her sister was copying everything Tilly did. We generate our report cards between day 3 and 6 which is explained to all of our customers before they sign up. Since we were providing you with an update on Tilly everyday/every-other-day following drop-off we took 6 days to give you an accurate day that would be best for her to go home; whether that would be day 10 or 15. You were not annoying, multiple clients ask for daily updates and we had absolutely no problem responding to your texts. Our dogs, as to you, are part of our family. Tilly did amazing with her training and with other dogs, she engaged in play and loved the attention from staff. Everyone absolutely loved Tilly. We recommended Tilly stay with us for the 15 days as we felt we could really imprint certain behaviors that were not as good as others. Her stay was cut a bit short at your request, which is absolutely okay, you’re her mom. Our program is designed so your dog does not stay away from you for an entire month and they return to us for refreshers to tighten up those gaps that you notice arise while you are doing your part of training at home. When you are ready to complete her refreshers please let us know and we can schedule that for you, refreshers are typically for 3-5 nights.

Hi Julio, Thank you for the compliment about our staff. We pride ourselves in giving our very best and treating our customers with the up most respect. I’d like to give a little context as to your second comment. Before we start working with any family and their pet, we make it clear that we are only as successful as the help and support we are given at home. Our job is to lay the foundation for you to continue at home, your participation is incredibly important. Unfortunately, we can only do so much when it comes to anxiety. We can’t control what happens at home; when in our care she displayed no anxiety due to the clear boundaries we created. Dog Training is like any other educational service: you receive the information, apply it, reach out for support, tweak where needed and repeat until the desired outcome is reached. We saw great improvement with JoJo’s mom, as she was the one who attended every lesson and asked for help when needed. We loved working with JoJo and we thank you for the opportunity you gave us.
