Sent my puppy Murphy for a 17 day Train & Board, and received her back with sores on her front elbows, diarrhea, no progression on her training whatsoever. Paid $1500 for that. and that was only half the price of the package. I wonder what I would have gotten had I paid for the other part of it. Asked for my money back and the owner said, verbatim: "the training doesn't work with you guys because your dog is too smart and it knows you don't know the correct training methods," and then went on to say, "you need to do the single/ group classes for the training to work," So why did I need to Board & Train if nothing actually progressed until after we go to the single/ group classes? Ridiculous. Don't take their stars on other websites as the only reviews. If you notice the bad ones seem to get deleted.
