I have been really pleased with Piper's experience at Primepaw. She is mat trained, walks really nicely on leash and I know what to do if she gets overly excited. I picked Primepaw because I could tour, and it's really clean and I could see how the trainers interacted with the puppies. I received a daily report with links to google videos for the young puppy school and when Piper moved to the Adolescent Puppy School I get videos of Piper's actual training and how to follow up at home. There is also usually time to chat with a trainer on pick up.

Our Labrador puppy has had a great time training with Prime Paw. The staff have been great with him, and he has built a great relationship with the team. We also did an in person class which was great. 10/10 for James, Dom and the team.
