From the moment I reached out to Prime Paw about their 12-lesson Adolescent Puppy Academy, I felt completely supported. The entire team was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in understanding my goals for training Atlas, my pup. Every concern I had, no matter how small or specific, was heard. And not only did they listen, they tailored the training program to address exactly what Atlas needed. Before starting with Prime Paw, Atlas was still struggling with some basic fundamentals. By the end of the program, I saw real, noticeable progress. Most importantly, he loved being there. The team didn’t just train Atlas. They brought me into the process by sending regular updates, training videos, and homework to reinforce at home. The level of communication, care, and encouragement was above and beyond. Huge shoutout to Dominic, Stephanie, and Joanne. You were all so patient, kind, and invested in Atlas’s success. I can’t thank you enough for the confidence you gave both of us.
