I don’t think words can fully express how grateful I am for Susan and her staff. They went far beyond training—you showed kindness, compassion, and genuine care for Greyson. Your patience, dedication, and willingness to step in and help made such a difference, and I will never forget it. Knowing my dog was in such loving and capable hands gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. Thank you not only for being an exceptional trainer but for being an extraordinary person.
