When I called Wendy Young (recommended by my veterinarian) to ask if she did free over the phone consultations (my veterinarian said that she did them for free) she said no but she could take my name and information to schedule one with me for a price..it's fine if my vet made a mistake but when I said I would think about it she immediately hung up and was clearly uninterested. It just gave me bad vibes with her tone of voice throughout the phone call too.....it's unfortunate because I saw great reviews on Facebook but since I sounded unsure/hesitant and didn't immediately give her what she wanted, she hung up very quick. I was very nice too.. it just says a lot.. I wasn't even presented any options or some brief information for certain things..I may have gave her more of my info if she tried to present me some options or ask me brief questions about my situation to gain more of my trust..I didn't have to explain my entire situation to her..I could've said it briefly :/ It just seemed like if I didn't give her my money RIGHT away, she wants absolutely nothing to do with me. Just made me even more distrustful now..
