BJ is ah-mazing!!! Shes so patient, kind, and great with Autistic Children. She has an Autistic Child that brought her passion to where she is at today. Her knowledge is exquisite and outstanding. She has more than 40 + years experience. Highly recommend her. She has a passion to help Autistic Children and their families succeed in life with their service dogs; golden retriever. It is amazing how she teaches. Having a learning disability and the way she teaches has really helped me understand how to apply the tools that she teaches me daily. Despite my invisible disability, she has by far been the best trainer I have ever met and worked side by side with. Thank you BJ and project chance for giving me the opportunity to have my life back! I have been working with Project Chance since 2015 to have service/therapy dogs available to the students and adults in our programs at Henderson Haven. BJ has been an invaluable resource, providing amazing dogs, to help us provide support to those in our programs. She follows through with training and guidance with the dogs from her program. Project Chance is a tremendous asset to our community in Northeast Florida and beyond.

BJ is a wonderful trainer and adores dogs and children. She works hard to ensure the dogs meet the child’s needs and is always available to answer questions and give assistance when needed. It is amazing to see how well behaved her dogs are and their demeanor- you can take them ANYWHERE. They are sweet, have wonderful manners and people love to see them out and about. She is a real gem and a gift to the North Florida community.
