Questions & answers
From GoogleWhat people have asked about this business.
My dog barks at everything. Can training help?
Yes! Excessive barking is often rooted in anxiety, not attitude. Our programs focus on building calm, confident behavior at the root—not just stopping the symptom.

What are you drop off and pick up hours?
Boarding and Daycare drop-off is from 7–8 AM, and pick-up is from 4–6 PM. These times help us maintain a consistent routine for the dogs in our care. Our training pickup is scheduled into one of our training session windows so we can take the time to go over everything you need to be successful at home.

Will my dog be around other dogs during the day?
Yes! All interactions are carefully supervised, and new dogs are introduced slowly to the group. Groups are arranged by size, age, temperament, and play style. We only allow socialization with dogs that are a good match in temperament and energy. We do not take on aggressive dogs at this time into our groups.

Do you work with the entire family and the dog?
Yes! We work with the entire family, including the kids. We want everyone to be on the same page, and really work hard to get the young ones involved with responsibility/chores, as well as the fun activities with the dog. They are a part of your family too, after all!

We just boarded our two dogs with Heather for a little get-away. They came home happy and relaxed. While we were gone she sent us updates on how they were doing and pictures. Always so nice to get when you worry about your fur-kids. We will definitely board them with her again.
Heather is so great to work with! So easy to talk to and makde me feel really confident with the e collar!
Heather was so amazing. Communicative and beyond helpful with everything I needed. She’s was available for any questions I had at any time. I had a very aggressive big dog and she gave me so much insight and assistance on how to properly handle.
Heather is awesome. So easy to work with and her dog skills are amazing. She truly cares about you and your dog. Always striving to give you both the direction and training needed to achieve all the goals you may have. I fully trust her with my dog.
