Proper Pup

Shilo Hanna the owner of Proper Pup is the absolute best and can’t be beat! I wouldn’t trust my girls with anyone else! I have 2 hounds! They’re not easy to deal with let alone train and she absolutely killed it! My girls are unrecognizable! They came back brand new dogs after their three week E collar board and train! It’s now up to me to keep up with everything and so far we’ve been doing great! Shilo goes over everything with you the day of pick up and continues to be helpful even after you’ve been home answering any questions I may have even if you have to ask her 100 times! Haha She’s super patient with you and your pups! She wants them to succeed and become the best Proper Pups you can have! She even keeps up with your dogs asking how they’ve been doing! Her love for dogs is unmatched💖🐶🐾

Shilo is absolutely amazing with our dog that has trauma in his background. She has helped him feel confident and comfortable around other people more than he ever has before. She loves him like her own dog, and he absolutely adores her and Matt. While we hate being away from him when we’re on vacation, it is so reassuring to us to know that he is in such loving and caring hands, and being treated so well while we are gone. Shilo is a phenomenal trainer and amazing boarder. I cannot say enough good things about her and her business. I would recommend them to any and everybody. We love Shilo, Matt and Proper Pup.

We have 2 older dogs. They appreciate that Shilo has a place for them to chill to get away from the younger more active puppies. Mom appreciates Shilo’s calm and gentle demeanor. She doesn’t lose her patient. Mom also appreciates that Shilo boards in her house. There is comfort knowing that if there is an emergency in the middle of the night, Shilo is there to help them. Even though there are a lot of dogs, Shilo has plenty of love and attention to give. Shilo also has everything at her place that you might need for your dog. Blankets, feeding bowls, mats for older dogs to stand on while they eat and chew toys. Shilo is a very close second to my own home. I highly recommend.
