We feel so fortunate for the experience we had at Pupstart. Training our puppy felt so overwhelming with all the conflicitng information online, and this team made everything become so easy and fun for us. I found myself watching their personalized instructional videos on repeat and noticed that my puppy was always so excited to be dropped off with this incredible team. We got socialization videos, extra support whenever needed, and a group of trainers that genuinely LOVE our dog as much as we do! Val went above and beyond for us prior to enrolling in the program, making sure we had important information and skills we needed asap for a smooth start at home. Once we enrolled, we met our head trainer Jen S, who has easily become a family favorite and invaluable friend and resource. Our dog's success, comfort, and safety is their upmost concern and we are sure to stay connected with this team for years to come. Highly recommend.

Our puppy loves PupStart and PupStart+ so much. We went thru 12 weeks and decided to go other 12 weeks. She is so excited to go every morning. Everyone (front desk coordinators, apprentices, trainers) at Found is so welcoming and they are very passionate about the services they provide. It’s wonderful to know that we are leaving our pup in such good hands. They love her just as much as we do. We were completely overwhelmed with all of her puppy shenanigans before she started PupStart. The trainers have provided us with the guidance to make her a really well-behaved puppy. They come up with amazing ways to keep the puppies engaged and excited about learning new activities each day. We get daily report cards and videos train us humans and the group classes are a great way to connect with other puppy parents. If you have a puppy and are struggling, connect with PupStart, you won’t regret it.

A+ for Pup Start! I listened to the podcasts and read the blogs but ultimately what helped my family and I survive and thrive as new puppy owners was the Found and Pup Start teams. We worked mainly with Val and Robert and they are both so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about dogs and their well-being. We learned so much from the Pup Start program and our pup is thriving. We’re so happy to be a part of the Found community!

I am so beyond thankful for Pup Start Chicago. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Val, Rob, Jen and the entire staff at Pup Start/Found Chicago!! We rescued our sweet Luna pup from a shelter while on a family vacation in Puerto Rico. When we brought her home she was extremely anxious and couldn't be left alone (and escaped out of every crate we had her in.) We registered Luna for a puppy boot camp at a facility in Andersonville, and after three days they told us she was too anxious to attend their program. Feeling completely defeated, we reached out to our vet and they recommended Found to us. We made an appointment with Val and IMMEDIATELY she was so welcoming, calming and confident that she could help Luna. The past 12 weeks have been absolutely transformative for our sweet puppy and our family. Val and Rob run a phenomenal program. You attend class weekly, get amazing videos of how to train your puppy and they are always available to answer questions. We are so excited to continue our journey at Found. It is because of their belief in our puppy that we are excited to pursue scent work and agility for our talented lady! Thank you Jen, Val and Rob for all that you did for our Luna Mae. Through this program, my Rosa has acquired valuable skills in obedience, such as staying in place, walking on a loose leash and socialization. I extend my heartfelt applause to the skilled trainers including Valerie and Rob who have demonstrated remarkable competence and excellence in their work. Their unwavering tenacity and patience is impressive. I am pleased with the convenience of the drop-off and pick-up process. The staff members are incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and owners. Another aspect that I truly appreciate is the regular video updates, allowing me to stay connected with my pup's progress. Furthermore, the weekly classes designed for pup parents are a valuable resource that I thoroughly enjoy.
