We have had a wonderful experience with Susan and Rob’s classes while training our second golden retriever. Their methods are based in research and positive behavior techniques. They educate about what we can realistically expect from our puppies based on their age. We greatly appreciate the easy-to-follow written materials as well. Susan and Rob are amazing at “reading” dogs and helping owners learn their cues. We took classes from another trainer with our first dog which often made us feel inadequate, so we much appreciate the positivity and support with pupDogs!

Susan and Rob are two of my dog’s favorite people. We started with them when my dog was 12 weeks old and have completed three classes with Susan. I have appreciated how they work with the owners to feel confident to continuing the training outside of classes and help us “problem” solve. I have had other training experiences in the past, but My experience with Susan is by far the best yet. I highly recommend pupDogs Training and so does my dog!

We took the Real Life Manners class with Susan and had such a wonderful experience. She is amazing not only at training dogs, but also at training owners on how to train their dogs! Her ability to analyze dog behavior and give clear, practical tips made such a difference for us. Susan is patient, knowledgeable, and truly gifted at what she does. Susan is a delightful teacher and her knowledge of dog behavior is out of this world. We are working with our 3rd puppy and I am learning so much! Her classes are informative, practical, and fun. She keeps the focus on helping the puppies to feel safe and confident. She also encourages her human students as they deal with sometimes exhausting puppy bumps and hurdles. I feel so lucky to have found such a kind and supportive teacher. Our whole family attends classes and I highly recommend pupDOGS Training!
